How We Work
We believe in quality relationships, built on open communication and trust. This works for small proprietorships, and the largest corporations. An introductory discussion will allow us to understand your needs and expectations. If we cannot satisfy your needs, we will tell you up front.
	Formal agreement
	All jobs are documented. this includes small non-recurring projects, and long term engagements for recurring work. Agreements take the form of engagement letters or subcontracts as appropriate for the scope and magnitude of the job. Our objective is to reach clear agreement on the scope and limitations of our services, with “no surprises.”
	Integrity
	We promise the highest level of fiscal and interpersonal integrity and seek clients who share these values.
	Our fees
	An initial consultation will determine if we can satisfy your needs. It is offered at no cost. Subsequent services may be billed on an hourly basis, or when appropriate, on a flat fee basis. Rates are competitive and based on the nature and scope of work to be performed.
	We promise
		to provide objective and professional service in a timely manner,
		to communicate regularly about status of work in process,
		to be readily accessible to our clients and their staff, and
		to stay abreast of laws and regulatory developments affecting our clients.
	What we ask of our clients
	In order for us to do our job efficiently and professionally, we ask that our clients be respectful of deadlines, be available when needed, and disclose to us fully all information relevant to the engagement.
	Contract Services
	We offer flexible approaches for commercial and Government contracting. We are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system. Please contact us for further details regarding Duns Number, CAGE Code, SIC codes and other subcontracting details.
